My sample was stitched on 18 count and fills an 8 inch hoop but this should also scale up on 14 count fabric to fit into a 10 inch hoop

but this will give a slightly different effect as they will be a little bit thicker (on 16 count the effect would most likely be pretty similar) You could choose to use a single strand for the outlines too if you wish
