I do think that control decks could use a bit more help against some of the degenerate combo decks of the format, however, I would be concerned that adding Force of Will might simply be pushing Modern into being more of a diet version of Legacy

The colour combination chosen for this deck has some wonderful low converted mana cost spells that would serve to enable the key strategy revolving around the graveyard as well as card selection to sculpt your hand into the later turns

It has a decent number of answers and goad abilities to help point big threats at other players

Additionally, while Garruk's -2 ability allows you to utilize one of your creatures as targted removal, six mana is a steep price to pay for this effect
