Framed Burial Plot Deed for The New Britain Cemetery, Connecticut, 1896 20240615 The ceramic is in good

The ceramic is in good condition with some natural crazing and a very small chip on the very back of the jar

There is an approximately 1/2" paint chip out of the left side of the cover that you can see in the photographs

Please note that at rest the scissors do not stay completely closed - there is a small gap that must be closed my using the scissors (please see the last photo - that is how they sit at rest)

It is quite dirty inside and out
