This could be a funny commander if you know your playgroup always plays token decks or Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker combos, but I cant see a reason to play this outside those super narrow metagame calls

Often it would go for Land Tax with Scroll Rack but it would have to run Enlightened Tutor to piece that together and then it would have to dodge disruption to that pair while keeping a low land count

Arcane Signet is good for mana fixing, and Sol Ring can get you ahead on mana quickly
