Draft Boosters only contain non-foil retro frame basic lands, and Collector Boosters only contain traditional foil retro frame basic lands

That makes it a really great set to crack open and enjoy, which is always a nice bonus when a set is already so damned cool

I think this is much less likely to happen than a simple rebalancing of rewards, but its the only solution that would completely eliminate the feels bad moment of pulling a high rarity card that you know youll never use
