This is a 2 channel beast of an amp, with a glorious hi gain channel, which on the amp is called the Boost channel. We took the whole Boost channel preamp circuit from the amp and fitted it inside a pedal. We use an actual 12AX7 tube inside just as the amp does, but we run that tube at a higher gain than the amp does and we run the tube at proper amp high voltage. Weve gone old school here,
