Stroke of Midnight gives a 1/1 and while its good to hit lands, thats a big change on a creatures stats

I have Laser Screwdriver as better in a vacuum, but I think in the right build, Sonic Screwdriver might edge ahead

The set did contain "cantrips," cheap spells that replaced themselves with a drawn card first seen in Ice Age

Plus, I have a feeling that this card probably won't do much in most constructed formats, so it might be a nice $1-$2 card for us Commander players looking for a solid budget top-end card
