Lil Root Type_Farmhouse Ale - Saison but with Belgian rootsA scaled down version of our bodacious, mostly all Simcoe hopped DIPA called The Root with a little squeeze of Superdelic. We brought the alcohol in this beer down to pale ale territory, but kept the hopping rate the same and built a malt base that delivers big, satisfying creaminess for a beer with this quaint an ABV.
