Wolfburn Kylver Series No 05 (Raidho) 1000ml in actualityThe Kylver Series releases are all named after the so called Kylver Stone, a tombstone on Gotland from the 5th Century. This 5th expression, bottled in 2019, is a vatting of first fill bourbon and PX sherry casks. The nose offers primarily white fruit and lemon, but also some oak. Pears, apples, vanilla and cherry pastry come to mind. Fresh and fruit and a bit spicy from the wood. Clearly young, but nae bother. After a few minutes I also get a
