THIS IS FOR CONCEALED WIPER ARMS.. meaning they recess down out of sight down behind the bonnet. Not for any 2nd gens which are fully exposed.. as found on some 70 72 models. Most all post 72 are concealed. Many 70 72 Camaro can have either. If you have a clunk noise comng out of the wiper operation.. before the wiper arms are connected consider this seal plus .. see
