Forgiven Type_Farmhouse Ale - Other Thick and Tropical with largeHazy DIPA built on a heavy base of oats and wheat for a pillowy mouthfeel. Fermented with a fruit forward thiolized yeast from Omega Yeast (the same used in Meaningful Work), and loaded with Mosaic and Nelson in multiple forms, from hot side additions to an aggressive dry hop. The result is a tropical, citrus packed explosion with notes of dank passionfruit, juicy grapefruit, ripe guava, fresh melon, and clementine.
