The vines for this Niagara white wine from the oldest block on the estate and named for her great, great, great grandfather. (She is a fifth generation winemaker.) They're low yielding, so the flavours are complex and concentrated. Aromas of lime zest, lemongrass, chives, apricot, and wet stone. Racy acidity for seafood and shellfish. (Natalie McLean).
