There's just too much on this card to not like it, everything from converting uncastable top-decks into burn damage to an emblem than can finish off over-healed opponents dragging a game out

The sad part of Cursed Scroll is that often every activation of the Scroll was as good as casting any of half the cards in the deck it was a part of, and often it would net you a card on every activation in half of your match-ups

But this is much better in Commander, where the attack triggers will flow from all directions
