The fact of the matter is that in the 99, Max Speed isnt really a goal worth going for on everything but the most powerful cards

I think this list should play alright at mid power tables and might occasionally sneak out a win at higher power tables, but it's probably lacking some key cards

I always think mana bases for Commander precons could be better (give us reprints of the original dual lands!) but this one at least has artifact lands and some decently functional lands
