Power Matters Triggers Over Time This also debuted with Garruk's theme in a Core Set with Garruk's Packleader that costs five for a 4/4 uncommon and then as stuff with a 3 or better power arrives, you draw a card and Garruk usually makes 3/3 Beasts to trigger

Having the uncommons and commons mixed in with either of those last slots means you get some terrible odds
