Downwinders are epic in CapeThe high wind season in Veracruz goes from October until March. You can kite almost everywhere in the city but the best spots are Tampiquera, Bajo del Ingeniero and Punta Azul, a 25 minutes car drive gets you to Mata de Uva, where you can find the cleanest wind. The wind is always side shore coming from the left. You can kite 3 or 4 days a week with speeds varying between 25 and 45 knots sometimes gusting up to 55. Theres a lot to do in no wind days
