Comes with a worn Root Beer bezel insert. Brown leather strap. Dial Good Root Beer nipple dial with matching creamy markers and hands. The lume has flaked off the 24 hour hand. There is discoloration on the edge of the dial between the 4 and 5 o'clock markers and between the 8 and 9 o'clock markers. Accessories None
