Struck for King Charles III at the Seville Mint (mint mark S, assayer JV). Scarce transition year as coins were also struck for King Ferdinand VI. Certified by NGC to XF Details Cleaned (not distracting). NGC has only one graded example at AU55. Very pleasing in hand! Type of coin that circulated in the American Colonies and a favorite of Pirates.
