赤褐色と火色の黒の景色を呈しています。

竹を模した縁に、盤面は非常に細やかな中国の伝統紋様が彫り込まれています。

鍵盤の内側には和紙を貼ってあげると良さそうです。

おそらく清代前後のものではないかと思いますが、この頃の木工芸の歪みはお約束で、本品の側面の木部にも歪みが出ていますが、底、上面はフラットで、小さな茶杯も安定しています。
