Kernel Biere de Saison Quince 4.3% (750ml) 750ml On 27th November 2017 MillsThis saison is the Kernel's house mixed culture refermented with quinces from Hazel Street Farm in Kent for 4 months in one of their oak foeders, at 250g of fruit per litre of beer. It has then been conditioned in bottle for another 5 months. It is slightly less floral than the first batch (2018), more straightforwardly fruity. More reminiscent of its appley relatives. Dry, crisp, tannic, tart, delicious.
