Pink rose and jasmine exposed a path that led us to lychee and papaya dressed with a squeeze of fresh lime juice. Ripe banana and pear progressed to pineapple and freshly peeled satsuma, before being coated by sweet pastry to form apple tarts. The palate carried a chewy
