The plaque is presented to The Hit Factory, the recording studio in New York City where some of the album was recorded, along with the studio owner the late Ed Germano, who owned the studio since 1975. Dated 1977, the plaque is 49 years old yet in VG to Excellent condition. The plaque has been closely
