The nose starts with smoky banana bread, before settling down into a clean, coastal smokiness with a lightly fruity background. The palate is bigger and smokier than the nose suggests, balancing ashy peat and barbecue smoke with a sweet and creamy texture. The finish is long and smoky, with a crisp tangerine fruitiness. Lovely spirit, and a cask thats had just the right amount to say!
