Has rollers inside and all around where it mounts to the track. It looks to fit a 1 1 4" diameter track size. The eye is 1 3 4" diameter. The car length is 4 7 8" long x 2 3 8" wide. Stands 3 1 4" total height. Have another that does not have the shackles on the ends but that does not affect the cost.
