全數來特級村Le Mesnil-sur-Oger中的單一葡萄園「Les Coullements」葡萄藤栽種於1957年。僅使用原生酵母，自然進行乳酸發酵，100%橡木桶中培養8個月，二次瓶陳培養34個月。
