Straight off the mill, this limited release unfiltered extra virgin olive oil is a punchy and raw flavour experience. By leaving this EVOO unfiltered, we preserve more of its natural goodness resulting in a high polyphenol count of 412 mg kg, packed with antioxidants in every drop. The trade off? A shorter shelf life of around 3 months, so its best enjoyed fresh and fast.
