2020 Summerhill “Estate Grown Biodynamic” Pinot Noir grilled wild rice stuffed red pepper guava and jasmineThis is a medium to full body Pinot Noir with a great structure and mostly fruit forward driven. While the texture is round and creamy, the oak profile is very subtle and mostly non existent leaving room for fruit expression. The nose opens up on flowery and perfumed notes reminding me a nice walk in the garden before hitting aromas of raspberry, strawberry and blueberry.
