2. Subscription Services

2.1 Monthly Subscriptions: For monthly subscription services, you may cancel your subscription at any time. However, we do not provide refunds for the current billing month in which you cancel.

2.2 Annual Subscriptions: For annual subscription services, if you cancel within the first 30 days of your initial subscription, you may request a prorated refund for the unused portion of your subscription. After the first 30 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable.

3. One-Time Services

3.1 Cancellation Before Work Begins: If you cancel a one-time service before we begin work, you will receive a full refund minus any applicable administrative fees.

3.2 Cancellation After Work Begins: If you cancel after work has begun, you may receive a partial refund based on the percentage of work completed, minus any applicable fees.

4. Dissatisfaction with Services

If you are dissatisfied with our services, please contact us within 14 days of the service delivery. We will work with you to resolve any issues and, if appropriate, offer a partial or full refund at our discretion.

5. Technical Issues

If technical issues on our part prevent the proper delivery of our services, we will either resolve the issue in a timely manner, extend your service period proportionally, or provide a prorated refund for the affected period.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at billing@pretereo.com with your account information and the reason for your refund request. All refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

7. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment method and financial institution.

8. Exceptions

We reserve the right to deny refund requests that fall outside the terms of this policy or that we determine to be made in bad faith.

We may update this refund policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
