As far as Im concerned, it looks like Oyama originally designed that rudimentary layout, which someone else (either Ishihara or Akabane) made a little more concrete using Photoshop and a word processor (almost certainly one called ClarisWorks)
I particularly like the cosmos pattern for the Dragonite and have a personal preference for the cosmos holofoil over the starlight holofoil
