Its not quite there, but its the first fancy version of this blue sorcery, only being printed in Conspiracy: Take the Crown and Mystery Booster so far, so I expect this to be a good chunk more than that base price

The only Planeswalker weve seen so far is Chandra, Hopes Beacon

It's very hard to interact with paradigm spells outside of burning a counterspell every turn, you just have to get over the hump of resolving the first 7-mana spell and ride the value every turn thereafter
