This magician might possibly be the reason the new continuous spell card for Endymion also treats itself as the Citadel, so this guy can remove counters from it to summon himself ( that spell can also hold just exactly enough counters for this guy to summon himself, coincidentally )

If you can nab one of these from an Elite Trainer Box or booster pack, it could be worth sending it off to get graded professionally

Also worth noting is that as a Duel Spirit, Yubel can only be seen by certain people which means that Jaden is isolated by an entity he can't explain to anyone who doesn't also have the very rare ability to see Duel Spirits
