Hordewing Skaab is a must-have card for our Esper Zombie Tribal as it gives Zombies we control Flying, while at the same time it has: Whenever one or more Zombies you control deal combat damage to one or more of your opponents, you may draw cards equal to the number of opponents dealt damage this way
This tells me that early in Magic history, removing a creature via another creatures ability was a bigger deal than it is today
To support it without relying on it, I prioritized artifact mana acceleration like Thran Dynamo, Basalt Monolith, and all the artifact creatures I could get
